I was free to learn what I was interested in, when I was interested in it, which increased my desire to learn more. I had the freedom to be “Me” and not have to be what I was told to be, which gave me a healthy personal confidence. Plus I had all the time in the world to enjoy everything life had to offer and I expanded my social life ten fold, not spend my time stuck in a classroom for years on end.

Over 20 years ago I was taken out of mainstream school and given a new , exciting and different education to most…..a home education.
Being one of the fortunate people to have been home educated I’m often asked what it was like., and in a word, it was ….Amazing.
